Flourish Development was founded and has started exporting since 2004. We have our brand name MEEKER. Our products include Tablet PC/Mobile phone accessories, such as leather case, TPU case, plastic case for Iphone/ipad and many others. The main parts are bought from Bayer (Germany), 3M (USA) and other auxiliary materials are bought locally. 70 percent of the products are exported to Europe and North America. Several of our big buyers are Samsung, Huawei, Flextronics, Alcatel and T-Mobile.
Our two factories cover an area of 30,000 square meters. We have 16 production lines with over 900 staff. We have special production machines such as injection molding machines, laser machines, high frequency machines, thermoforming equipment, die-cutting machine, computer car, high car, flat car and DY car. Our monthly production capacity is 2,000,000 pieces for TPU/Plastic cases, 600,000 pieces for leather cases, 900,000 pieces for camera and DV bags, and 2,000,000 pieces for lanyards.
90 QC staff with two to five years of work experience ensures product quality. They make sure that all products meet the standards of RoHS, Reach and ISO 9001:2000. They make use of QC machines such as RoHS tester, abrader, temperature shock box and alternating hot machine. Our return rate is less than 0.3 percent and our guarantee period is one year. Our R&D can design 10 new products monthly. They can also customize products according to customer's requirements in seven days. We have 50 engineers who have five years of industry experience. Most of them can speak in English so they are able to work with famous companies such as Foxconn, TCL and BBK. We also have 12 foreign trade sales persons. They have 3 to 10 years of experience in the field and are proficient in English and Japanese.
Our MOQ is 1,000 pieces. Delivery time for TPU/PC case is 7 to 10 days and 20 to 25 days for leather cases.
